The land which under 2 hectare large was planned to plot into 3 building lots. It takes 2 years for their first bungalow from architecture drawings stage to construction along with interior design planning until CCC and fully furnished with an unpredictable atmospheric of tastefully modern classic design element.
Steven, the mentee from Red Land Design was assigned to manage the project and assisting designers, contractor and carpentry team to create the result as client wished for their dream home. The family had also visited Dato Carl historical house in Tanah Rata which underwent a major makeover last year by our team mate Cleven where they were inspired with the classical and antique elements which apply as fundamental for their new house.
