A long-time admiration for the work of Elaine Woo and Stephy Goh, Renung Mantap, a property developer founded since 1996 sought out the expertise from the ultimate team proved through a single storey show house could resulted a cozy interior under economical figure.
When conceiving the interior for the 1,220square foot, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living, dining with kitchen terrace home, Stephy dove headfirst into the challenge, creating a series of captivating vignettes that flow naturally from one space to another.
In the master bedroom, Scandinavianapproach is firmly established. It is, unsurprisingly, most of the show house guests favourite place.
Since palette was of utmost importance, colour plays a starring role in every corner, and is further marked by distinct contrasts and easily discernible tones.
Light filled confection proves a restrained color palette can work wonders.
Notably, the semi-circular playful design on the wardrobe connected to study table serve as striking focal point for this bedroom, infusing the space with a sense of sophistication and creativity.
Base kitchen cabinet applies in sandy plus little sand coral with pink hue color matched with white oak wall hung unit. Pay close attention to the striking floor tiles uniquely shaped and installed on top of existing floor as it beautifully collide with kitchen cabinet.
Another hint at the direction for what Elaine fond of lays in this show house colour palette. Bright coral with white oak as the basis for the design theme colour narrative, creating a sense of cohesion in the space through Japandi mixed with Scandinavian elements.

Taking Scandinavian functionality and traditional Japanese rustic minimalism, the house interior achieves a blend of function and form that showcases bright spaces, clean lines and light hues.
