What better way to make a grand entrance than with a grand piano? In this entryway curated by Red Land Design’s Head of Designers, Amber Cheah, the glossy black piano asserts a stately, formal air while the light marble texture floor tiles, modern glass elements, and worn leather pieces ensure a grounded welcome.

We honored our client’s love of antiques and European architecture by layering furnishings and fixtures from various time periods. We created authenticity throughout the bones of HDA Development show house in Ipoh, Malaysia by using natural materials like limestone and reclaimed wood for the interior carpentry fitting work.

Red Land Design team chose a very unique marble texture table top pair with white English style kitchen cabinet.

In terms of design and decor, the walk in closet and bathrooms often gets overlooked in favour of the larger, showier and more communal rooms like the kitchen and living room. In Red Land Design point of view, bedrooms and bathrooms are owners sanctuary. A private and intimate space that holds the key to rest, sleep and relaxation needs.
The completed show house project here for HDA Development, we elevates the master bedroom into a luxurious space as we turn the interior space attention to the smaller details.
While a balance between functionality and comfort is a given, we apply through architecture design aspect for maximum impact by turning attention to matters like natural light, colour scheme and furniture.
