China enriched with history and culture that many of us find intriguing. Throughout all ages and even to this very day, Chinese décor is connected to its culture which is harmonized by its nature. As more people are taking an interest in Chinese culture and traditions, the more mainstream Chinese restaurant décor and design is becoming a standard in the food industry.

This time around, Red Land Group Sdn Bhd was engaged by a pioneer food business operator to comes up with a modern oriental steamboat restaurant in Ipoh based on the legendary Three Kingdoms concept.

The first thing to capture the guests feeling once stepping onto this restaurant is bringing the ancient epic saga to life. Our designers combined the many extant sources and elements from the story to captivate the over hundred years of Chinese history to a modern restaurant.

Steel statue made from bronze based on three of the main characters in the history was elegantly displayed facing the main entrance is one of the main attraction, further enhanced with mountains art backdrop design created a wow element for this dining place.
The Three Kingdoms contribute much to art, it is important to present some important objects into the restaurant interior design.

Artistry work also can be found here behind the receptionist counter. The war geographical art texture representing the mega historical saga.

Three Kingdoms warfare and political intrigue was one of the most interesting in China’s long history; and ever since, it has been a favourite subject of historical fiction and other art forms.

Creativity in a dining space is a virtue, especially to customers coming into the restaurant with expectations of a pleasant atmosphere that allows them to relax, socialize, eat and even taste new palatable Chinese food flavors.

When VIP guest push open the restaurant’s oriental door and walk into the private room, their attention is immediately drawn to traditional mix with modern Chinese elements such as grey tiles, wood craft work blend with stone cladding wall panel, red color coat glass enhanced with neon light, oriental dining set and ancient collectible display items, all evoking the saga era during Eastern Han dynasty followed by the Western Jin dynasty.


While enjoying the delicious food, guests can feel the detail of the storyline endowed by traditional culture design and the artistic atmosphere emitted by modern aesthetics. the combination of the new and the old, the collision of tradition and fashion, and the integration of modern aesthetics and vivid oriental artistic conception, are the new trend of contemporary art.
