We wanted these interiors to feel serene, a respite from 24/7 hubbub outside, which important to our client when living in an industrious style.

Chic, understated and admired the world over, Scandi style interiors make a case for utilitarian design and functional spaces.

Flute panel design on the guest room access incorporate with laundry cabinet in clean lines, fine craftsmanship, and timeless feel principal that informed so much in this house modern interiors.

Functional layouts, neutral palettes, less-is-more aesthetics and wood tones made up the kitchen design.

Architecturally, Scandi homes veer towards clean lines and simplicity and the base colour palette is usually neutral or in a muted tone.

In this one of the bedrooms, interior designer employs another Scandi style which blends with coral color in a clean, elegant and modern sensibility.

A very unique design with practicality where the wardrobe structure covers the closet accessories with folding door panels where the owner given flexi adjustment and adding on each storage compartments anytime they want.

Major highlight of the master bedroom design is where the curve edge corner overhead integrated with LED strip light along the cove ceiling. This space successfully reflecting the client’s character in taste and hospitality for his private home.

Minimalist lines features, a creamy colour palette and an abundance of natural materials which all work together in a beautiful interplay of contemporary Scandinavian style.
As artistic significance as its name, this dining and bar space evokes an emotion, leaving an enigmatic smile to visitors. The interior design mixes timeless European design with New York style, we refine the concept through custom made furniture and decor sourced from oversea, enhancing the sophisticated and frivolous atmosphere at the same time.

Stepping into this pre-war building, guests greeted with 3 huge handmade glass chandelier mounted along the dining space where the sourcing team leads by Chris Lau fly to Zhongshan, China to select the right glass and lighting design, customize its size to blend into the theme.

The focal point for this bar would be the liquor bottles placed all the way to the top of the arch features brass mirror, rose gold chrome and onyx transparent table top.

The combination of nature green, sharp contrast solid wood, classic terracotta tiles and mosaic blend with gold chrome feature had brought up a great European dining experience.

A long-time admiration for the work of Elaine Woo and Stephy Goh, Renung Mantap, a property developer founded since 1996 sought out the expertise from the ultimate team proved through a single storey show house could resulted a cozy interior under economical figure.

When conceiving the interior for the 1,220square foot, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living, dining with kitchen terrace home, Stephy dove headfirst into the challenge, creating a series of captivating vignettes that flow naturally from one space to another.

In the master bedroom, Scandinavianapproach is firmly established. It is, unsurprisingly, most of the show house guests favourite place.

Since palette was of utmost importance, colour plays a starring role in every corner, and is further marked by distinct contrasts and easily discernible tones.

Light filled confection proves a restrained color palette can work wonders.

Notably, the semi-circular playful design on the wardrobe connected to study table serve as striking focal point for this bedroom, infusing the space with a sense of sophistication and creativity.

Base kitchen cabinet applies in sandy plus little sand coral with pink hue color matched with white oak wall hung unit. Pay close attention to the striking floor tiles uniquely shaped and installed on top of existing floor as it beautifully collide with kitchen cabinet.

Another hint at the direction for what Elaine fond of lays in this show house colour palette. Bright coral with white oak as the basis for the design theme colour narrative, creating a sense of cohesion in the space through Japandi mixed with Scandinavian elements.

Special thanks to Jubin Cantik for supplying their mosaic installed at one of the bathrooms feature wall roaring as an art deco in a standard dull lavatory interior.

Taking Scandinavian functionality and traditional Japanese rustic minimalism, the house interior achieves a blend of function and form that showcases bright spaces, clean lines and light hues.
